The third building on the property contains the garage, office and in-law suite, which was extensively renovated inside and out. The existing exterior siding was removed and replaced with stone veneer on the ground floor and new white oak board & batten on the upper floors. The garage doors were replaced, stone retaining wall rebuilt and concrete driveway poured. We redesigned & built a new suspended Romeo & Juliet balcony, replaced the wood sunscreens and installed new standing seam metal roof. A two-story addition was built with a screened in porch above and parking/storage below.

On the interior we modernized the living areas installing new wood flooring, rebuilding two staircases, adding oak shadow board, replacing windows, doors & trim, and installing new lighting.
