Barn
The barn was new construction, being designed and built by us, not subcontracted out. The structure was stick-built to give it the look and feel of an old-fashioned working barn. On the exterior, real stone veneer and white oak siding complete the design concept. The stables are located on the ground level which includes five stalls, a tack room, bathroom and washdown area.
The second level was engineered to support farm vehicles including the client’s vintage tractor. In addition to constructing the barn, we performed site development which included grading the pastures for better drainage and installing wood fencing.
